TOO MANY KIDS RUNNING AROUND
by JasonSaunders at Citysearch
We went for sunday brunch. The place was complete chaos with little kids running around screaming EVERYWHERE. The food was all right nothing to brag about. Not worth how expensive it is.
- Pros: NA
- Cons: Expensive and noisy. Hard to find.
Terrible service, rude staff
by ReviewIndividual at Citysearch
We held an event at the Reef and received the worst service I've ever seen. The staff was invisible, the food was cold, the chicken was raw in the middle and bleeding (veins -- yuck), the bartenders had a hard time with English and refused to call for cabs for guests (although they called cabs for the another party next door for a family that spoke only Spanish). The wait staff didn't realize that we speak Spanish and could understand them making fun of us. Completely unprofessional. I'll never go there again.
- Pros: Wonderful view of the harbor
- Cons: Staff ruins the experience, food is TERRIBLE
