Best in Seafood, on the water. Parker's lighthouse is very popular with the convention crowd. The staff here was very accommodating even though we had a party of 6. It was too cold to sit outdoors even though there were heat lamps. It was a short wait for a window table. Everything seafood is here. The best sashimi I've tasted in a while. The parker's sampler was also a treat, good to share with a large party. My seabass was grilled just right and priced just right. They even have the surf and turf that most people love.

The Best Chowder!. Just discovered Parker's Lighthouse in Long Beach. We went there for dinner after a convention and was so impressed by the wait staff. All very nice and accommodating to our large party. I am always looking for great clam chowder and this place has it. I also had a halibut dish that was to die for. Flaky white fish goodness and fresh vegetables. I'm not that into the sustainable movement, though I should be, but I noticed there were logos next to some dishes that indicated sustainable choices (local fisherman? not sure what defines sustainable). Only regret is that we didn't leave room for dessert. Next time!!

Very nice ocean view with relaxing atmosphere. We went there on a wed. night with party of three, and we were seated on the 3rd floor, which do not serve the whole complete dinner menu (which I didn't know until we walked out and saw there are steaks available). However, only 3rd floor - which is the bar, have a mini-band for people to enjoy. The fried seafood plate has a big portion; parker's apetiter was a nice selection, and the salmon was ok. Their wine is not great, but I'd suggest to go for their cocktails. The dessert apple tart was excellent - hot apple tie folded in a crisp pastry shell, accompany with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! Our server was very attentive and patient, which made the dinner very enjoyable. We can see Queen Mary right across from our seat, it looks so pretty in the night.

Great view, bad service and quality. Went here for an early Father's Day dinner on Friday night. We were seated on the patio, which had a great view. The three of us had appetizers, main course, and dessert, and it took over 2 hours- not the quickest service. One of the guests complained about how long it took the drinks to get to the table. The worst was my father was served the wrong meal. He had ordered a combo of fish and shrimp and scallops, but was served the shrimp and scallops only. Instead of letting him get started on that portion of his meal, they took back the entire plate. We either had to let our food get cold or start without my father. He received the new meal about 15 minutes later. To add insult to injury, we were charged for both of his meals. If we had not noticed the error on the bill, we would have been over charged by $20. They did not offer any discount or free coffee, etc. The food was average. The pasta with rosa sauce and shrimp was very good. The steak was poor quality and I ordered it medium rare and got medium. The shrimp and scallops were dry, probably overcooked. The entire meal cost $160 before tip. Cannot say I would recommend anything but the view.

Great restaurant with a beautiful view of the bay. I had a lovely meal here. We had fish, ahi and swordfish. It was delicious. And the view was very nice. I will definitely eat here again.

try the chef's special, it was my favorite.

Editorial Review. Seafood restaurant with Queen Mary patio view serves seafood platters, sushi, pasta, steak and more.
