Founded in 1996, MoLAA weaves together a rare tapestry of 20th-century Latin American paintings, lithographs, installations and sculptures. An impressive permanent collection recognizes the unique aesthetic of each Latin American country, while contextualizing them within the international modernism movement. The museum also hosts diverse temporary international exhibitions.
