Horrible Marsha - Ignorant and Rude!.
This rating is not low enough to describe the horrible attitude of the curmudgeon owner Marsha. My husband and I received horrible service, in fact she refused to notarize a boilerplate escrow document from Florida which I attribute to her ignorance. As a notary myself I am well versed in the "authority granted by the State of California" - her mindless response for why she refused to help us. This woman was rude and mean. We will never go back.
