CHUCKS IS THE BEST THERE IS!!

I am from Montana. I get down to the Long Beach area once in a while. Of all the places to eat I have been to in my entire life, there is absolutely, positively no other place on the face of this earth that is better to eat at, visit with and socialize then Chuck's. I wish there were so many other places around the country side that is this good, this pleasant with great food that one could stop at. But there is not. Even if I am in Bakersfield, Lancaster, Riverside or Carlsbad, I will buzz up to Chucks to have a great meal and feel at home!! And, Chuck is a very nice gentleman and their workers are very pleasant to be around. Dusty.

This is the best diner EVER!

This is the best diner EVER! Consistently good food and friendly wait staff. For breakfast, my husband likes the skillet and their poached eggs are great.

Chucks is the kind of place where ambiance is a feeling not the kind of linen thats on the table. Chucks is the kind of place where your family and friends will cherrish when they come to visit and want to dine in a casual friendly atmosphere...like the places your grandfather or father used to take you on the weekend.

Yes Chucks is the place without a doubt...just don't start chatting on your cell phone...this is old school.

HOME OF THE WEASEL!!!

Unbelievably wonderful breakfast place! The only spot where the wait is as enjoyable as the eating. Great to just sit out on the grass. There's good people watching on the bike path. Feel free to pour yourself a cup of coffee or chat with the locals. Chuck is always there and he's so friendly. So are the waitresses! It's a tradition with my husband and myself. Order the Machaca. It's to die for.
