Best Cut Ever!. If you want a great haircut and great atmosphere make sure to stop in and talk to Mike. I've looked for a long time since I moved out here to Cali to find a great barber, hands down Mike gets it done every time. A great group of people and everyone is always talking and having a good time in this place.

Back before I found Mike I had someone else cut my hair and I got whacked....I looked like a muppet from Sesame Street, it was terrible. I came in and Mikey hooked it up and made me look good. Don't go anyplace else for a cut, just stop on by and get your haircut right the first time here.

Go to Laura for the BEST HAIRCUT in Town. I have been going to Belmont Shore Barber Shop for 5 years now and I only let Laura cut my hair. She has an amazing personality that makes getting your hair cut seem fun and entertaining. It is never a dull moment in the shop.

I found the barber Shop because I went to another establishment who screwed up my hair and I needed to get it fixed for a meeting and that's when I found Laura who not only fixed my hair but did such a great job I have been going back ever since.

If you really want to treat yourself, she can give you the best shave of your life. If you have never had someone give you a shave, now is the time to try. It is such an amazing feeling and well worth it.

I highly recommend going to the Belmont Shore Barber Shop and especially going to see Laura

need a good HC? this place is absolutely bitch'n.... I've been going to Belmont Barber Shop for a couple of years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They know what they're doing, and everytime I go there I know I'm going to get a bitch'n haircut!

Great cut & service. I have been going here for years. Laura has cut my hair and trimmed my beard. Her cuts have ALWAYS been very good. Nice shop and great location. Sometimes I have to wait, other times I walk right in. Nice to sit outside on the bench and have a cup of coffee while waiting. It's Pepper's shop and there are four total barbers at this time. (Laura, Rosie & Mike). If you want a GREAT shave, have Mike clean you up. Check it out, it's no "Nightmare"!

Nightmare. I found the cut to be THEE worst hair cut I ever had but couldn't make a determination on it immediately because the salone is so dark and also because Rosie plastered my hair with so much product. When I got home, showered, and looked in a well-lit mirror I was mortified. Rosie had butchered my bangs with a thinning sheer leaving near bald spots on the front but a huge pile of hair on the back of my head. All the places that would normally look clean-cut were still shaggy.

I immediately called Rosie who acted incredulous that anyone would ever complain about a hair cut. I told her I would be returning to get it corrected for a very important business meeting. She claimed that the owner would make it right.

Upon arriving to the salone early the next morning I met the owner. A bald-headed man with a handlebar mustache. He acted surprised when I told him why I had returned and immediately got shrill with me. "Rosie is a private contractor and needs to fix her own mistakes" he said. "I dont' work for free".

Well, I immediately hotfooted it over to Supercuts on PCH where I was treated like Royalty and everything was corrected.

I called Rosie again to find out what her real intentions were. She kept repeating that I shouldn't have had a complaint because she had me look in a mirror when I was done... like that would have helped anything. She also kept repeating how no one has ever complained. Well, Rosie, I guess I'm your first. Get used to it.
