Customer Service review. I had heard such great things about her, and was hoping to get some simple dresses made for the spring/summer. I drove 30 minutes to Long beach and arrived well within store hours (I even stood outside for a second looking over the paper on the window just to make sure). When I got inside, she didn't come out right away so I just waited there patiently. When she finally arrived I asked very politely, "Are you busy?" because I didn't want to bother her if she was on the phone or something. She said she wasn't, and so I asked her she could help me get some dresses made, and she told me to come back tomorrow. That's all she said, no explanation or apology. I was sort of shocked so I just said okay... walked outside and that was it. Her store was open, I had come in during store hours, and all she told me was literally, "Come back tomorrow." and she turned around and left. It didn't even occur to me until the 30 minute drive home how terrible and inappropriate that had been. I already asked her if she was busy, but I guess she just likes to pick and choose her customers.

This is in response to "lazy lazy lazy". Hello, this is Susan European Dressmaker. I would like to say that the post "lazy lazy lazy" has falsely accused me of ruining her dress. I do not use glue in any of my customer's dresses. If a customer has ever been dissatisfied with the outcome of the article of clothing, I would have fixed the item in question without charging a penny. I have never charged over 400 dollars for any single article of clothing in my entire history of business. If the person who claims that I have ruined her wedding would like to meet me in person and work this out, I would be happy to communicate.

Best dress maker that i have met so far. Susan Dress maker is really good! she made 2 of my designs and i loved it!! i will continue to work with her unless she shows me something different!!

lazy lazy lazy. she ruined my dress.She was very lazy and refuse to call me for or do

any fittings. She waited till the last minute.The dress was way to big

and my breast were falling out. She did a quick one minute fix that

included glueing the dress together. She should have started over or made a

pratice before cutting it and made sure it fit.I was out of money and

time. I had to take the dress like that. The biggest mistake of my

life.She charged me 400 dollars and do not give any discounts for her

mistakes. .

Damage Resulting = My wedding pictures are ruined the biggest most

important day of my life. I can never get it back. I will have to pay

someone 60 dollars a photo to photoshop my wedding dress to make it look

better and I have 300 pictures that would have been beautiful If she

was'nt so lazy.
