Poor service, cold food

We had high hopes but it wasn't a good experience. My husbands veal shank was cold in the middle - they just didn't heat it all the way through. We pointed it out to the waitress who apologized, but they didn't take it off the bill. The service was disorganized and painfully slow. I know it's a family-run place, but they need to work on their execution and organization.

Suprisingly Great a Diamond in the Ruff

Upon 1st aproach it doesn't look like much but it's what's inside that counts. Service was superb, ambiance was unexpectedly pleasent and even delightful. The ingredients were top notch. Gravlax and caviar were salty and flavourful while the olive oil for dipping bread was fresh and yummy. The main courses were traditional French fare with small portions but excellent in design. I'm going back again would you like to join me?
