view & uploadjust love dr gaohagan, like office, quite cold dr, not good doctors
This is one of the best offices ever! they care about your children, and they have the best nurses and doctors ever! they are very clean, kid friendly, and parent friendly as well!! YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY GO THERE! I HAVE NO BAD REVIEWS!!!
best pediatric office in long beach. I've been a patient @ Columbia for many years now and you can't find a better place to bring your children. I was referred by the pediatric nurses @ Long Beach Memorial and with that kind of referral, you just can't go wrong. If the nurses and doctors @ Memorial bring their kids there, then what better place to be! The doctors are caring, the staff personable, and they even remember what my kids' favorite Disney characters are when they come. I think the people who generally write "bad" reviews about a place are the ones who have "issues" with tardiness/billing or people who do not pay attention to the office policies.
awful office... but dr. gaohagan is the best!.
I completely agree with the previous poster!! office staff is horrific!! but i just love love love dr. gaohagan, unfortunately it's getting so difficult to see her
that we may have to find someone new... : ( it's sad, because this is the peds office my mom took me to.
Worst office staff! & not worth it dr.'s!.
Once you are finally able to get an appointment (takes about 6 weeks to get in), your sitting in the waiting room for at least an hour. Office Staff extrememly rude, especially the "account manager". Extremely unappropriate to talk like this to the patients. When we were finally in the room, she told us she would have to escort us out of the room for another patient and would not give our daughter her vaccinations unless we made a payment on the account. I told this to all the other mothers I know, and they were shocked and in absolute disbelief and horror! This is no way to treat children, to deny them the health they need because the parents are having financial difficulty. We even made payment arrangements with them, but they still continued to call us as if they were credit collectors! And after they sent us a letter refusing services unless the account was paid, we switched to a pediatrics group in Irvine, and are extrememely happy there! Don't get me wrong, the doctors are good at Columbia Pediatrics, but not so good that I would continue to deal with this lady that takes care of the accounts, and the whole office staff. And to be quite honest, this is our first child, so we did not know what to expect and what a "normal" office is like. But after switching pediatricians, the dr.'s at Columbia are quite cold. If I could give this medical group no stars I would. I am quite sad though that our daughter won't be able to grow up with the same dr. that first saw her after she was born :(
I did like Dr. McCormick & Dr. Gaohagan if you have no other place to go!
