The workers here are rude, try to make you feel like you don't know anything. Tanks are empty. Many overpriced items. Got a bad mouse last visit, I know this because it killed my snake. Go elsewhere.

BEST REPTILE STORE AROUND. THE BEST herp store i have ever been in. The employees are all friendly and helpful. They will spend time with you to talk and get to know you and your reptile and will make suggestions based on what is best for the animal. I live in the SFV and i am willing to make that small drive in order to get the best customer service possible. There is one guy there that is just so sweet i dont know his name but he has strawberry blonde/red hair and is tall and just knows sooo much about them. And if he doesnt know he comes straight out and tells you, he doesnt make stuff up to look like he knows all. Anyway GO HERE!! Thier ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!!
