Best Customer Service. The customer service and the food are great. Clean restrooms, clean tables,clean staff. The beagles, sandwiches,soups,pizza are served with more than a smile. If the Staff knows your name they will use it.

Simply the best bagels & bread I've ever had. Grounds is the best bakery and cafe I've ever had the good pleasure of patronizing. Their bagels are the best in the world, hands down (yes, I challenge anyone to find a better bagel). Their sandwiches are inventive and delicious. And it's just a great neighborhood place. I feel so fortunate to live walking distance from it, and am a little embarassed how often I go there. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious, too!
