Third and final visit. First visit they split my fingernail and it will not fully heal. Second and third -- and FINAL visits -- almost IMPOSSIBLE to get them to do what I wanted done, which was to deal with a bunion.
Said they would, but never did. Kept trying to "upsell" additional services, even when told repeatedly "Not interested" and "No" and just kept on.
Repeated that they knew what to do with my bunion, then failed to do anything. When they "finished" I asked them abut the bunion and they wanted more money and then said they could not work on it, but to come bck and they would. . .
I DID (stupid as that saounds!) go back and it was a repeat of the second visit.
They said they understood andwould work on the bunion, did not, and then kept trying to upsell me to a price where they WOULD do it (despite telling me that was what I was paying for in the first place.
ENTER AND USE THIS SERVICE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE AND RISK.
They do POOR WORK and SIMPLY DO NOT LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER AND DO NOT DO WHAT THYEY ARE ASKED TO DO.
great service, clean establishment – Nice, clean and spacious. My mother and I had wonderful pedicures there. Just make sure that if you have your nails painted, what the cost is (not included in the basic pedicure price). Otherwise, great service.
