We had a great experience with the company. First, we got the best deal in town. Second, we weren't charged to bring our pets along. Third, they have an excellent insurance policy. One of the dogs chewed up the steering wheel. It was covered. I also got in a minor traffic accident. That was covered too. Fourth, they have a helpful 24 hour emergency service which we had to use when we got stuck in a sandy turnabout on a lonely road in the Mojave Desert Preserve. We had quite a misadventure, but the company support and service were outstanding! Cons: Tires were a bit worn. Gas, water, and propane tanks weren't topped off, but we were allowed to returned the RV with the tanks in the same condition.

Terrible Terrible Customer Service

Terrible customer service. Picked up our rental and after driving it home felt it was not steering or braking properly. When I called (less than 1 hour after leaving) to exchange it...after being placed on HOLD for nearly 20 min. FRANK said I could not exchange it, then relented and said OK, but it would take "a while" when I asked for him to clarify "a while" I was told it would be over an hour. They were not willing to help at all, and I was even told "there obviously is not a problem since the last customer didn't complain" please!!!! I will NEVER use this company again. Thank goodness there are other RV rental places available! I'm stuck with this P.O.S. for the next week.....wish me luck!!!!!
