In Short – At peak times, the comfortable, homespun space bustles with contented soup slurpers. The Vietnamese menu is basically fast food without the frying: rice or egg noodles and individualized trimmings--thin beef slices, meatballs, shrimp, tripe--added raw to the hot, clear broth, which cooks them.
