SoCal coffeeshop chain boasts specialty pies and low prices on traditional diner fare.. In Short
Lime-green vinyl booths, predominantly senior customers and a menu recommending "famous" and "favorite" dishes set the scene for coffee shop dining. Portions are generous and accompanied by salad, warm rolls, and two side dishes. Comfort food standards include tuna melts, mac and cheese, spit-roasted chicken and creamed spinach with bacon. The dessert case features fruit and the namesake cream pies.

Polly's in North Long Beach Atlantic near Wardlow Great food. I am surprised to see the negative review. Our family eats at Polly's on Atlantic at least twice a month for take out and once a month sitting down in the restaurant.l The food is always good. The counter staff is very friendly and coordinated. The team that takes the phone orders are coordinated, polite and get the order right the first time. The food servers are a mixed bag, some excellent and a few should not be working there. I would give sit down service A for some and B- for others. Overall still not bad. Pies are still as great as ever! First time reviewer with 12 years restaurant management experience.

Polly's in Noth Long Beach. Located on Atlantic Avenue near Wardlow Road, this Polly's Pie's "restaurant / bakery" should be shut down. It is a disgrace compared to the Polly's on the Los Coyotes Diagonal .

The interior is filthy . The staff and servers are rude . I have never been so insulted at an eatery . In addition , the food wasn't very good ( the BBQ was absolutely nasty ) but definitely pricey - not a bargain . The restaurant is not wheelchair friendly although there is accessible parking in the front and walkways are ADA compliant.

We visited in a group of 6. 4 of the 6 people in our party had minor stomach upsets after eating at Polly's .

If you MUST go , visit the restaurant on the diagonal . This Polly's is horrible. Enough said .
