In Short – This award-winning restaurant chain is known primarily for its baby back ribs, but through the 30-plus years since its flagship location opened in North Miami, the family-friendly menu has expanded to include barbequed chicken, char-grilled steaks, burgers, pasta, seafood and salads. All ribs are served with one of the accompanying sauces (Original, Carolina Honeys, Blue Ridge Smokies, Red Hots, or Honey-Chipotle), and two sides like coleslaw, fries, or a baked potato.

Nice Atmosphere!

Enthusiastic to check this place out, my friend and I went around mid-afternoon to enjoy some ribs and steak...which are the items they are noted for. The bread and the appetizer sampler was delicious. Trying to not fill up our stomachs too soon, I order a New York strip steak with a vegetable medley and baked potato along with a Shirley Temple for a nice cherry delight. It looked like it would be mad good but there was too much butter on my baked potato, and the steak wasn't tender enough. However, our waitress was a sweetheart and really tried to fulfill our dining needs. The best seats are the ones near the bar because you can enjoy CNN and ESPN simultaneously...now that's cool!

I visited on June 29th, and found a new team of managers who really cared about my experience. They have some great servers and the food was awesome. Will eat there whenever I am in Arcadia.

Best Ribs in town along with a variety of seafood, chicken and pasta

Great service, best times to go are during the day for lunch and Monday thru Thursday dinners.
Fast, friendly and efficient.
- Pros: Tony Roma's now has a variety of food to choose from, not just ribs.
