Excellent Service. The printer that we were having problems with was hp color laser jet 2840 kept getting a error message 2 turn of then on. We did this multiple times still didnt work even looked all over the internet to resolve our issue but there were no solutions. I found HPC online called and spoke to Mike who is very helpful we had our printer back within the week, just had to wait for the shipping to come in. The Exspense was very little $234. $ 229 for the part $85 for tech to come to our office and $ 20 taxes. The whole office is pleased with HPC INC that we are trying to fix all our other printers that are lying around in the office. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS.

This Place Worked Miracles!. So I'm not too computer savvy.

I crashed my computer and a blue screen popped up and wouldn't let me access anything.

I got pricing and quotes from other places and they were giving me ridiculous prices. (Like $200!) I was out the door for less than $100!

HPC Computers has my computer fixed and read to go in a day! They even installed anti-virus programs for FREE!

Very good service, great quality work, I am impressed.

I recommend them to my office people all the time.

Great Little Please. I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about or what happened. I am EXTREMELY pleased with my service here. I had some software issues, even though I had bought my computer from Best Buy and I was told by Hewlett Packard to bring my PC to High Performance Computers. It was a small little place that was a little hidden but the service was top notch, my lap top was in warranty so they didn't charge me a dime. I even brought my HP printer in for service the next week(this wasn't in service) and they took care of all my problems promptly. They called me before they started working on my printer and within 24hrs my printer was back at home printing again.

I must admit the store is jam packed with printers and computers but to me that just shows that they do a lot of servicing and repairs.

Great little place. Excellent Service. Excellent Turn-around time.

Terrible service Terrible communication. Took PC in for a HP Authorized warranty repair and they claimed the computer needed $135 in other non-hardware repairs. Proceeded without our consent. Would not return PC without taking payment. Completely unprofessional. Place was dirty and staff did not communicate well. Should have trusted our instincts and walked away when we saw the place, but we were fooled by the official looking HP signs saying they did HP authorized service.

Don't make the same mistake
