What People Are Saying About Carmine's Italian Restaurant

In Short – The warm dining room bustles with families sharing pizzas and pasta every night. Wood furniture, empty Chianti bottles and closely packed tables add to a homey atmosphere. Iceberg salads accompanying each meal can substitute for starters like calamari. Seafood consists of shrimp scampi in lemon juice, while house specialties include rigatoni smothered in a cheese-tomato-meat sauce. Desserts are flown in from Italy.

I must say i like Carmines, but it was a MUCH,MUCH better ran restaurant when the manager was the little blond girl with the most welcoming smile was there.Today it seems to be ran so chaotic, you should really look into getting some management who know what they are doing.(bring the blond girl back,we miss her) Other then that Carmines food is good.
- Pros: good food
- Cons: customer service NOT the same
Good all around Italian food.

Large portions.
Great food. Can be a bit pricey for a family restuarant.
Great for the date night for couples.
- Pros: Good food. Everything on the menu is very good.
- Cons: Not quite a family restuarant because of pricing.
Go straight here for good Italian food

If you are tired of bad chain Italian eateries, go here next time. The food is incredibly good. Start out with a glass of wine and complimentary crusty bread dipped in olive oil. Form here go on to a fresh salad or flavorful soup. What comes next is a world of tasty pizza and succulent pastas. My favorite is diced sausage and eggplant over a huge bowl of pasta. There is as much thick sauce as there is perfect pasta. It's so rich that (almost against your will to stop)you must take most home and eat it for the next 2 days. the baked lasagna is habit forming. The veal piccata is the best I've ever had. I've never had room for dessert.
- Pros: All the food
- Cons: I wish they had more comfortable chairs, but so what?
