Rain or Shine.
I've been using Off Beach Tanning for about four years. The owner, Paul, is a very personable guy and will do anything to make your visit comfortable. The place is clean, the beds are good, the environment is pleasant, the prices are reasonable - what more could you ask?
They're even starting to do some personalized training ... Tan and Train. Sounds catchy!
