FOUL SUSHI AND TASTED HORRIBLE!!! MADE ME SICK!!!

DON'T RISK GETTING SICK EATING THERE!!!

FOUL SMELLING SUSHI MADE ME NAUSEOUS!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! THE OWNER DISCRIMINATES!!!

i went to kiyosuzu with my friend and we both ordered the sashimi mix and the tuna was BAD!!! it had a foul smell and taste to it and when i complained the owner and she was very rude! i didn't feel too good either after i got home. i didn't think anything of it at the time...

i tried to give them one more chance by going back there and when i sat down, the waiter told me that the owner said that i was NOT ALLOWED to order the sashimi mix again because i complained about it last time. it's not my fault that their sushi isn't fresh. if it tastes bad, anyone would speak up too. i filed a complaint to www:bbb:org only asking them for an apology that their service was terrible and for discrimination and kiyosuzu said that they won't apologize. the lady in the glasses that works the cashier is the owner and she's a total b**ch and i would never go back there again.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND ANOTHER JAPANESE RESTAURANT TO GO TO!

Restaurant Kiyosuzu

Don't be an idiot, you MUST sit at the bar on the left side. That's Kiyoto's side (the owner). He is extremely funny when you get to know him and he'll give you lots of free stuff. If you're here around late October - November, he'll serve you LIVE uni. His strengths are in the delicious and sometimes unusual side dishes he'll sneak over to you. Eat here on a weeknight like a local, don't be a weekend diner and bring your noisy kids.

• Pros: Parking is NOT bad at all, not sure what the prevoius reviewer was talking about.
• Cons: we rarely get to see his famous 2008 US Champion Ice Skating daughter anymore.

Great japanese lunch.

I eat out a lot. Lunch can get expensive these days. Not here! Great food, and plenty of it. I had the tempura and sashimi. My friend had sushi and teryiaki. We shared, and we were both full. I had made an extra order but had to cancel it.

Food quality was very good. Fish was fresh, well chosen and well cut. I'm going back.

Oh, they serve dinner too. I'll let you know.

• Pros: Great value, excellent food.
• Cons: Parking is a little tight
