Great Haircuts! Great Prices! Great Memories!. I've been going to this Yellow Balloon for 22 years (I'm 23) and couldn't be happier with it. Everyone is extremely nice. If you think Yellow Balloon is just for kids, think again. They do hair for everyone - kids to the elderly. Appointments are not required, but I would suggest it. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a great place to get their hair done to check out this Yellow Balloon, you won't be disappointed!
