A great small gym.

Good thing about this place is its small and their attention to you is great. Bad thing is you have to be a resident of Duarte, or pay more. For a year of membership, its about $80, which is a great deal. Their hours are pretty convenient, though its not 24 Hour Fitness. The staff is wonderful and friendly and will help you out with anything in the gym. The people there are very encouraging and friendly. Just a wonderful place to work out.
