Rude and too expensive

They do okay work here, but I don't like their attitude - stuck up and snooty and their prices are higher than other groomers in the area. Plus, it takes all day to groom a dog at this place and that just doesn't work for me. You wait all day for the call from them and then they call you just when they're about to close and you have to drop everything and race over there.

They don't have appointments available unless you call more than a week in advance.

Parking is terrible and backing up on Foothill Blvd is taking your life into your hands.

I'm now using Julian's, their work is great, my dogs are calm and happy when I pick them up and they do exactly what I ask. PLUS, their prices are reasonable and they always can find time to do my dog without a long wait for an appointment.
