The food is great but the drinks are to die for! Watch yourself before you order the "large" b/c it's about the size of your head...I kid you not. The drinks are great and the manager is awesome. I've been going to Los Gringos for over 8 years and every time there is a good time. The fresh made guac is consistently delicious and there's always a lively atmosphere. It's nice to go there after a long week and just relax in jeans and a sweatshirt. They recently expanded, buying the next space over and creating a three room restaurant which helps with the massive crowds that come by during peak hours. It never hurts to sit by the bar, sip on a drink, and watch a game while you wait. Carlos, the manager, is very friendly as well and appreciates his loyal locals who frequent the place at least weekly.
For a great deal, try Taco Tuesday or Margarita Monday where you really stretch your dollar in the bad economy...I should know, my job is commission based (nuff said).
My fav's are the caliente burrito, the fresh made guac, the fajitas, and a house or cadillac margarita (depending on the mood). Enjoy!
- Pros: Best Margaritas ever, great fajitas and burritos. Good portion, affordable, & casual atmospere
- Cons: long waits during peak hours which can also result in slower service
Crowded and family friendly, but, worth it anyway

Such a great Mexican food joint, little crowded, sometimes there are unruly children, sometimes there are unruly adults.. oh, and on that note, if you're in the market for a margarita, follow these instructions: 1) order an extra large margarita, 2) drink said margarita, 3) eat your food and use the restroom as necessary (it's a bladder buster) and 4) call a cab. You won't regret the margarita, and, if you do, you probably won't remember after that cab ride home, it's strong, it's gigantic, it's impossible to pick up and drink, you kind of have to get your mouth up to it and tilt it ever so slightly to spill small amounts of it's gloriously golden contents down your soon to be enamoured gullet. The food is amazing, never ever ever skip out on the guacamole, it's made tableside (unless you're in the bar where the cart cannot go down the stairs) with your preference of spiciness. Once or twice though, the avocado tasted just a little over-ripe and the guac came out a little watery, if you've ever had an over-ripe avocado, you know exactly what I'm talking about, but, other than those one or two times, it is sooo amazing! Chips & salsa are to die for, enchiladas are a favorite of mine but just as a warning for those who don't love sweet mole, umm, yeah, the mole is a bit on the sweet side. I learned of this place when I worked across the street, I was a college student making pennance at Starbucks and Los Gringos locos has the college friendly Taco Tuesdays, I would highly recomend Taco Tuesdays, but, be warned, it is crowded, very very crowded, call ahead to find out the wait if you're brave enough, then put the pedal to the medal and get your butt there ASAP!
- Pros: Wait staff is fantastic! food is fabulous, margies great value and enormous (only $15 for the largest size and large is an understatement)
- Cons: Personally, I don't prefer to dine in family friendly places, for some a con, for some, not
Best Fresh Mex

I have eaten in many Mexican restaurants all over and many in Mexico and this is far-and-away the best "fresh" style Mexican food. It is not that heavy lard plate you get at most establishments. The menu is extensive and continously good. The service is nice and prompt. The only two drawbacks are the lack of parking and no actual bar to sit and have a drink and quick meal. Another negative or positive depending on your situation is the pro family atmosphere.
- Pros: menu , service
- Cons: parking, no bar area
