Great, cheap nail salon

The atmosphere isn't great, but it's really cheap, and the ladies are very nice and do a fantastic job. I usually go every week while I'm at home. I am in San Francisco for the summer, and am desperately trying to find a good nail salon, but everything is at least double the price. I miss Lovely Nails!
