Childrens Teeth At Ease!. My 2 girls don't ever complain about going to the dentist. That has to be one of the best compliments a dentist can receive. Besides putting my girls at ease, I also feel very confident that Dr. Serxner is a great dentist.

He has a lot of patience and alot of love. I think Dr. Keith Serxner is a very well experienced doctor, who had the time and patience to cooperate with special need children. He had a lot of patience and love, and he knew how to deal with this type of children.

Always treated with respect. As a kid, I had cavities all the time. I never felt Dr. Serxner was condescending, cold or impatient; he was always quite the opposite with me and my four brothers. I had cavities up until I was in high school, and he never gave me the impression that I was beyond help -- It takes a very patient person to do that! He always followed up with what was going on in our lives, and I could tell he really cared about the well-being and health of his patients. He always treated me with respect and never spoke to me like I was a little kid, but rather a little adult. If Dr. Serxner is still practicing dentistry by the time I have kids, I'm definitely taking them to see him and his wonderful staff.

We love Dr. Serxner!. We love Dr. Serxner! Our family has been coming to him for years and Dr. Serxner and the office personnel always make it an easy visit for the kids. I believe that, because of the environment there, the kids aren't anxious when it's time to go to the dentist. And that makes my life easier.

Nothing but positive experiences. It's always a pleasant experience for the kids. They aren't afraid of visiting the dentist because of this. Dr. Serxner's explanations after the checkups are clear. We have only had positive experiences.

I'm always impressed. I've been taking my kids there for 6 years now and I'm always impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of the office. I can honestly say that it's the most highly efficient medical office I've been to for anything in 20 years!

Friendly, funny, and helpful. Visit was great. The ladies at the front desk are friendly, funny and very helpful. Dr. Serxner was wonderful with talking my son through his appointment, explaining whats going to happen before it happens. The hygienist was great and very kind. Never thought (especially after our first try) that the visit would go so easily and joyfully. Thanks.
