I was new to the bridal world when I went to Yelena Bridal and I'll admit it, I was scared! These ladies held my hand through the entire process and considered my aesthetic and budget. They REALLY know their stuff! I tried on quite a few dresses that I thought were my style, but ended up loving the ONE dress they suggested! Because I was just starting my search, I continued to look at the offerings from other shops. I never found another boutique that came close in terms of friendliness and expertise. What sets Yelena's apart from the others is not just their well-kept dresses. It's their sincerity. They GENUINELY want you to feel beautiful. Sadly for me, I stumbled upon THE dress elsewhere (by a designer Yelena's doesn't carry), but my mom is still getting her MOB dress there. They are even customizing it to her preferences! Yes, it's a TAD pricier than other shops, but honestly, I think it's well worth it!

I have worked with all of the bridal stores in the area and can say without a doubt I would not recommend any but Yelenas. They are a bit pricey, although not what you see at Pasadena and Glendale stores in terms of mark ups.... And they won't give you style numbers... why would they? So you can order it online? But what they charge in extra they make up for in experience. I have read other peoples' reviews here and don't get it. My sister ordered a dress that came in long rather than short like we ordered it from the company. It arrived late to Yelenas and we only had a week until the date. Yelenas was able to rework the ENTIRE dress. This was a big deal because the bottom was intricately beaded, and had a blah-blah-blah pleating.... We were sweating but they came through. They have redone shoddy work from other bridal stores in Pasadena for us. When after I ordered a dress I panicked that I might want another one it was NOT A PROBLEM, and they worked with me to try on everything and make sure I had what I wanted. There are lots of women who work there, some with personalities that won't work with yours, but I can assure you if you switch one person you'll be thrilled. I have come to love all the ladies here since we have worked with them so often...(it happens when you have lots of sisters...) and would trust them with anyone I cared about's special day.

Bad service, low end and low quality dresses.No respect.I i walked out s soon as i saw the store and the people working there were rookies. She didn't even knew what fabric the dress was made of and when i asked what do u call this style? She said she has to ask her manager! I don't think i need to say more.
