They always want to fit a bra way too tight for my taste. When I asked for a looser fit, I was grabbed by the bra and had it yanked over my head exposing me to the rest of the customers & staff. I hesitated to comment here but have had too many bad experiences here to let this go. Their people skills need a major overhaul.

Dishonest and NO customer service skills

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Neither online or in the store. Long story short: I bought a bra, it didn't fit, did an exchange to get another bra, wasn't credited the right amount, called to get it cleared up, was patronized and told that my request was "out of line" when all I wanted was a reasonable explanation as to why I wasn't being refunded my money (a legitimate request for sure!). Terrible customer service, very expensive, and rude. I wish I could submit this leaving all stars blank.

• Cons: They are rude and do not care about their customers

Expensive and Poor Quality

I bought three bras from Wizard of Bras in Monrovia. Within three weeks the wire was popping out. I took it all the way back to the store just to be hassled by the staff that I would have to leave my $75 bra there and pay an additional $8 to have it shipped back to me. All they did was stitch up one side and within two weeks the other side of the bra wire was popping out. Why wouldnt they have just stitched both sides?! Ridiculous, wont ever go back.

• Pros: Bras that have large cup sizes
• Cons: Wires pop out within three weeks

Amazing Fitting & Experience

I haven't been fitted for a bra in over 30 years. I knew my size had enlarged along with my body, but I was too embarrassed to go into the larger department stores.

The girl assigned to me was very young and I was very apprehensive. However, her respectful and professional manner soon relaxed me. When I remarked that I knew I could wear my old size if I lost weight, she studied her shoes with a small smile and said "I can't say that because I'm working." and we both started laughing.

I went from a size C to a size G in the last 30 years, but I came home with pretty bras that I liked. My salesgirl recommended that I take time to get used to my new size before buying more than 1 or 2 bras. I'll be back in a few months to buy more.

• Cons: horrific parking

So glad I found a place that has bras for my size!

This is an excellent place to go if you have a hard to find bra size like I do. I have a very small torso and large breasts and thus have had an insane time trying to find a bra that fits. Victoria's Secret is ridiculous, they sized me at a 34C which never fit properly. I always felt like my bra was loose yet I was overflowing out of the cup. I finally was properly fitted at nordstrom and found that I was a 32 DD. After having my baby I've had a very hard time finding a nursing bra that didn't cost me almost $70. I only recently found the wizard of bras and I was in bra heaven. I can't wait till I'm done nursing and can go bra shopping. They have tons in my size!

I went during the week and was serviced promptly by friendly staff. I later went back to exchange a nursing bra I got that was a good fit, I just wanted a different style. I went on the weekend and found it to be super busy. The exchange process was extremely slow and frustrating. It literally took about 5 times the amount of time it should've taken and I was made to wait when I could've been looking at bras. I will definitely keep that in mind the next time I buy a bra.

Aside from the above, I will totally go back. It's worth tolerating a little bit of crappy cust service in order to have a great selection of bras in the right size.

• Pros: Excellent selection of hard to find sizes, accurate fitting, personal service
• Cons: Exchanges are complicated, very busy on the weekends
