Occasional Good Finds but Not Worth The Abuse!. The staff (specifically the one older woman who works most of the time), are almost always rude and unwelcoming here. The selection and prices are not that great, and when I went there with my boyfriend, the staffer kept eyeing us suspiciously, and was extremely rude when I tried to make polite small talk with her. Also, they are not always open during their posted times. Overall, I would say forget about this hole in the wall; it's not worth it.

Most UN-Family-Friendly Place of All Time. The staff could not have been UNFRIENDLIER. I was in with my daughter, a friend, and her daughter, and I have never been treated so rudely in my life. The older woman behind the counter kept yelling at the kids, saying "kids can't look at the jewelry!" They WERE NOT EVEN TOUCHING the jewelry and were attended at all times. She also yelled at them when they were trying on hats with my friend, saying "Kids can't be getting into stuff." HUH? When they left, the girls were in tears. If this is "quaint" Mayberry USA I'll take BabyGap anytime! I am a costume designer and could have given this store a lot of business...but forget it now. When I paid for my purchases, I told the woman she was being unfair, and instead of apologizing, she argued with me. After a couple of minutes, she put her hand in my face and said "I don't want to talk to you anymore." I said, "Give me a break!" and she said "I already did." WHAT? I am outraged by the way my family and I were treated here. I am telling all my friends never to go back.
