In Short – Debuting in 1962 as Thrif D Discount Center in Scranton, Pa., this drugstore chain became known as Rite Aid in 1968, and today is one of the largest in the nation. No Special Orders, Please...

Ok, so this isn't for the pharmacy. It's for the photo lab. Please be advised that even though those envelopes have a designated area for specific instructions in developing or printing your special life moments, THEY DON'T READ IT! I wrote my instructions in bold, capital letters specifically telling them not to do one thing.. just one thing. And they did it. They either read my instructions and ignored it, or didn't read them at all. My slide film was sent to be developed and when I asked them to call to find out if they could fix the order, they gave me the number to the place it was sent and told me to do it myself. What's up with that??
