I had heard these guys were great....sigh.

I called for television repair: A very nice man came to my home and looked at my television. He told me that he would call Phillips to get info and let me know how much a repair would be. No call....I waited 8 days before stopping by the shop to see what the situation was. The guy in the store told me he would have the man call me.....no call....it has been another 10 days. I was very disappointed because I had hears such good things about Speers. I am getting a new TV.

• Pros: Very friendly
• Cons: I couldn't get them to do anything, even return a call.
