The two "people" that work at Starbase computer are a couple of the rudest bipeds I've ever had the displeasure of doing busines with. Long story short, I was rudely blamed not once, but twice for things that turned out to be not my fault, but rather theirs. They also managed to slide in a couple of insults.
I don't care that they are close, I'd reather drive 100 miles to avoid this sort of rude, juvenile, and totally UNPROFESSIONAL behavior.
