professional, courteous, beautiful flowers and now my loyalty. i got married in 1999 and the owner of flower box (at that time) did not tell me that she had sold her business to sherrie.

i found out that sherrie had bought the store about a month before my wedding and was more than upset to find that after all of the planning that i had done with the previous owner, she had not bothered to pass any of my paperwork to sherrie to take over.

sherrie was extremely professional as we started from scratch, apologized for the inconvenience and told me not to worry since i had expressed skepticism because i had never seen her work.

she not only lowered my cost but also arranged even nicer floral arrangements than we had discussed.

i would still highly recommend the flower box for sherrie's professionalism and cooperation in what could have been a disaster. it has been a long time but you just don't forget things like this.

Embarrassment at Sister's Fashion Show. At first glance, the arrangement and the flowers together look great. However, after closely looking at the bouquet I had just paid $45 for, I noticed that a few petals from the skygazers were missing. There were only two left. I also noticed the flowers were bruised and wilted. I was so disappointed. We were in a rush to get to my sister's fashion show so we didn't head back. I was so embarrassed to give these to my sister. It was like, "This is what I think of you." I will never go there again. Although the wrap was beautiful, the flowers and the wrap together were not worth $45 dollars. No one should have to pay for wilted and bruised flowers. Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off.
