They are there {sort of} when you need them.

I know the the S.Pasadena Police are one of the lowest paid officers in LA. I know, but I wish they would take non emergency calls a bit more seriously because they DON'T. I had called a few years back to complain about people constantly speeding and running red lights in my area and the officer told me "we no longer do traffic patrols." What a LOAD! I can't even give them an average rating until I see some changes in those types of areas

One other thing that is odd here. If you are personal friends with some officers then you have it made! That's all I need to say.
