In Short – This award-winning restaurant chain is known primarily for its baby back ribs, but through the 30-plus years since its flagship location opened in North Miami, the family-friendly menu has expanded to include barbequed chicken, char-grilled steaks, burgers, pasta, seafood and salads. All ribs are served with one of the accompanying sauces (Original, Carolina Honeys, Blue Ridge Smokies, Red Hots, or Honey-Chipotle), and two sides like coleslaw, fries, or a baked potato.

Good place for Ribs and other type of food, love the salads, they also offer the kids meal and the choice of pizza is not bad at all, considering kids love pizza.
I love the bread they give to you before the meal. Is real good. Warm and friendly people makes it more comfortable.
Decent ribs, spotty service

The food's about what you'd expect for a chain, but two recent visits have me convinced that the staff at this location hasn't got it together. I heard a frazzled hostess get into it with a waitress. Our waiter fogot or botched four different things, including the check. No wet-naps for rib eaters -- you have to ask. The same gum wrapper I saw on the floor of the reception area at the start of the evening was there at the end, along with a used paper towel from the men's room. If you enter the place from the front, you have to walk all the way to the back in order to "wait to be seated" -- and then awkwardly retrace your steps to your table. These things might pass for funky at a one-off rib joint, but at a nationwide chain they just spell bush league.
- Pros: okay ribs, fair prices, good sides
- Cons: bare-minimum service, not kept clean, slow kitchen
Not too bad

The food was typical for a big chain restaurant but the service was fantastic. Pretty decent value overall and while the actual building has potential, I don't think the place has been remodeled since the late 80's. The flourescent lights made it hard to read the plastic coated menu. It was sort of like going to your friend's grandparents house...no real nostalgia for you so the place just seems old. Good place for kids and groups.
- Pros: service, price, bar
- Cons: decor
