Moved from Orange Co. 2004, really miss JoAnn's on Harbor/Costa Mesa. That store is well lighted, clean, well-stocked, huuuuge variety of items, staff friendly, always knowledgeable. Now enter Lake St. World o' Depression. I've tried to shop Lake St. 3 times, but only thing improved is lighting-not necessarily a good thing, clearly filthy. Messy, poorly stocked, poorly staffed, uninformed. "I dunno" Could you check for me, please? "Not really" All 3 times I left purchases at register b'cus no one was available to check us out. Went to Michaels. AGAIN.
