hot damn!. this has to be my longest-standing favorite in los angeles. i may be caucasian, but i know a good burrito from a bad one, and i need REAL spice - not watered-down - and king taco really knows how to pack a punch! i've tried copying their recipes for both rice and salsa roja, but no can do. the beans aren't laden in lard, which is good for us vegetarians. bring a spanish speaker, though, or else they might make some order mishaps (at least, this is the case at the maywood location). the ambience is not "superb," but don't forget that before king taco became a chain, it WAS a taco stand! love the fact that they use queso anejo rather than monterey or cheddar.

A MUST TRY!. Absolutely delicious. I found the food to be heavenly and the price was extremely reasonable. The service was also friendly and hospitable. I had heard rave reviews from my friends and I agree that this place is definitely a must TRY!

Spicey, Good and Cheap.... What more could an Angelino want in a Mexican restaurant. The food is spicy but tolerable. The portions are medium to large, definitely enough to fill ya up, and if it isn't, just get another helping, it's cheap enough. The location was great and the store clean. Recommendations are the tacos de carne asada, bean and cheese burrito. The rice is so good. So many places get the rice wrong, but a place that can pay attention to the side dishes as well as a main course is a place you know will be good.

The Best Spicy Mexican. This is fast & fresh I got hook while attending Cal State LA & then I found one in China Town & they were gone now I go to the one on Alarado & Pico/Olympic. I don't care which King Taco it is I just love this food. It should be like MacDonalds on every block.

bomb mexican food. This place has some good food for a great place when you leave you feel like a fatty cause your so full or just cause it tastes good but either way you leave happy and it has big tables to hang with friends and chill and have fun joking aroung while you eat.

Burrito longings at midnight. Just thinking of King Taco's tacos, burritos, and sopes, is making me salivate. Plus, their bombastic, make-me-cry-with-joy salsa roja will make an addict out of any heat-lovin' junkie. But the food is absoulutely tasty without the heat.

King of the Taco's. This is a great place to get good food quickly. The prices are cheap and the food is excellent. Even though the lines get long you don't have to wait to long because they prepare the food quickly. I highly recommend the Carne Asada anything - sope, taco or burrito. This is a place you will want to go back to time and time again.

Food is good...service is blah. This king taco has good tacos, but the service needs some help. I have been to other king taco's where the service is excellent and the staff actually looks you in the face while you are ordering. I like the tacos de carne asada and the sopes.

If are just looking to eat with no service from the staff then go there if not try the one in East L.A.- Now that is service and food with a smile!!!!!

THE BEST TACOS IN LA!!!. So its late... u just left a club or a party... uve been drinking... and ur hungry... solution KING TACO!!! It doesnt get better , these are THE BEST TACOS IN LA!! Its open 24 hours... and the crowd is ULTRA HIP @ 2am...check it out holmes!
