Terrific Attitude!. Hello! I just chatted with Terry the manager at Petco, in Pasadena. I am looking for a potty training class with Michelle who gives the class. My lil' dog and I will definitely benefit from this class!! The people at this store are lovely and caring. So, I suggest that you go to "Petco where the pets go" for your pet supply needs. i placed a large order online and receive the products for my lil' dog. It's a lot of fun, too, for adults and children. You know, they have pet adoption programs. I love Petco. Therefore, I highly recommend you go there. Oh, lovely wardrobes for doggies and cats.

terrible grooming service. I brought my dog in for grooming, and maybe it's because the staff was over-worked and tired, but i've never experienced such terrible and rude service. i asked how much it would cost, the woman responded with a loud sigh, and she wouldn't give me a strait answer. she said it would depend on how well my dog handled the grooming. geez, have a price list! this is no way to do business.

Rude Grooming Staff. Never coming to this Petco for grooming service. If they treat humans as bad, they probably treat the pets worse! The staff member I talked to was extremely rude and abrupt. No manners.

Take your pet elsewhere - you will not receive good service here.

not very helpful. great selection, horrible customer service. I browsed the store for 15 minutes looking for a specific litter I knew they carried. I requested help from 3 sales associates. Finally, the animal groomer stopped what he was doing to help me. This store is severly understaffed and with unhelpful associates.

Stay away from this Petco!. I love the selection at this Petco, but the staff is just RUDE! I recall standing in a line 20 people deep and they didnt even bother to open another register or call for back-up. When I got to the cashire, I didn't get so much as a "thanks for waiting" or even and "hello" or "thank you" for crying out loud! Not a word was uttered, not even my total! Another time at this Petco, I needed help getting a litter box down from a high shelf. I found an employee shopping for herself in the store. When I asked her to help me, she told me she worked in the grooming department and that she couldnt help me! She got on the intercom and requested help for me, but no one ever came! This is no way to run a pet store.

A little smelly.... I like this Petco, but there really is an odd smell to it. The Vetco seems really clean though. This location provides everything every other Petco provides, but the staff here was not as friendly as most. There's another Petco in Glendale with a much friendlier staff and a 'cleaner' feel.

You should go to Petco. There's a Vetco adjacent, and the staff there is great. Convenient appointments and clean examining rooms. Petco has everything I need for kitty.
