Found our favorite neighborhood restaurant in Stoney Point!. The dude and I moved into the neighborhood a few months ago and this was one of the first places we tried. We knew we would be regulars after the first 10 minutes. Amazing service -- the best we've had in L.A. (Adolpho is the BEST!), great ambiance (dining with live piano is always a plus), great cocktails and above all, excellent food. We recommend the Sand Dabs if you're a fish eater. Ravioli with pink sauce is great....salads are top notch and the complimentary bruschetta within 2 minutes of sitting down? perfect.

Plus, no matter how hard or stressful your day was, you leave feeling all lovey-dovey or at the very least relaxed and happy. Obviously it worked for us because we got engaged there!

I'm almost reluctant to give a great review only because we wanted this to be our "secret place" but we have to give big ups to Stoney Point. Highly recommended.

First Timer. My husband and I went to Stoney Point and had an amazing time. The owner, Amedeo Costantino, is the nicest man we have ever met. I ordered the Cioppino and my husband the Lamb Chops, both delicious. Moderately priced, great service and the fluffiest chocolate souffle I have ever eaten

Excellent Food and Service. Celebrated my birthday here last night. Excellent food and excellent service. I had the sea bass which was cooked perfectly with a tomato and olive sauce. My partner and guests enjoyed their food as well. One of the best dinners I have had in years. The prices are not bad either. The only complaint is that the piano player was too loud; we did sit in the bar area which was close to the piano player.

Cozy and Romantic Restaurant. My husband and I wanted to celebrated our first wedding anniversary at a local, low key, cozy place... and Stoney Point was just PERFECT. The food is simply marvelous, the presentation beautiful, the wine list decent, the dessert decandent... and the best was the entertainment. The piano player was wonderful. We couldn't ask for anything more! And of course the costumer service was superb... we had an amazing experience and can't wait to go back.

Excellent Date Restaurant. Superb food, great atmosphere! Perfect romantic place for a date or special occasion. Dim lighting, candles, small &cozy enviornment. Pianist and vocalist added that extra touch of class and sophistication without overpowering conversations. I would definately recommend this place to anyone looking for a special place that doesn't feel anything like an ordinary chain restaurant. For an added touch, on the way make sure to pass over the Colorado St. bridge, which is a beautiful sight at night.

Excellent dining experience. This place is the best restaurant in Los Angeles that I have been to. The food is outstanding, the service is superior (unlike most anywhere in L.A.), the ambiance is wonderful. The service staff is sooo attentive. Overall the best place yet!!

service is an 11. The service here was by far the best I have experienced in Los Angeles. The food (which is mostly italian with some french) was wonderful, the meal was inexpensive. The location is a little off the beaten path, the clientele is a bit older (50s) than most places, two traits which seem to be earmarks for really good restaurants. The restaurant is not scene-y or trendy; they appear to be all about the food and the service instead, which differentiates this place from everywhere else in the greater Los Angeles area. There was only one problem with our experience: the creme brulee was a little sweeter than I like it.
