great customer service, good italian food, nice place, mediocre worse food, favorite pasadena restaurant, recommend mi piace, outstanding pastas
RACIST restaurant.
This is the most RACIST restaurant I have ever patronized. I went in with my african american friend and he was treated as if he was a bum. They never ask him if he need help. They walk past him as if he did not exist and came over to me an offer my a menu and a place to sit. My friend is very wealthy and sucessful, they way they treated him was discusting. I am very upset that people in this country are still judging a human being because of the color of his skin. A bunch of **&&%%%##@@ RACIST at this place. I am pissed.

Mi Piace-The service sucks!. The food was good but the service was atrocious! The servers all had an attitude. They were not at all accomodating nor helpful. My wife and I will not be patronizing this food establishment again! Times are hard and people do not have money to waste or time. It would be nice to show a little more class and considreration toward your patrons. Happy Valentine's Day!
Horrible service. Very, very slow service!!if you have 2 hours for lunch, great. Horrible food. Will never go back and do not recommend it.
great food, good service even on a busy night. Went for mother's day dinner. We had reservations for 7:45, got seated a little after eight, but that was more or less expected on a holiday. Our server was very attentive, brought out water and bread almost immediately. The food was delicious, every member of my normally fractious family was well pleased with their meals, only complaint was that the coffee was a little weak. Reasonably priced and it has lovely decor. We did have to wait a little for our food but the place was packed, so it was not unexpected. Well worth the price, no complaints about the food or service.
Family Favorite!. My family and I enjoy treating ourselves to mi piace in pasadena. It is a bit of a drive but well worth it. I love their pizza and their seafood linguini. Plus, their bread is to die for. Appetizers I would recommend are their french fries, fried zucchini, and fried calamari. All excellent. And, you have to finish off with their chocolate souffle. I'm not a fan of sweets but I HAVE to order this everytime i come.
Longest wait for pasta ever!. My friend and I stopped in for lunch after shopping on a crowded weekend. We expected the wait for the table which is fine but we had to keep checking in with the hostess because the estimated time had elapsed. Even after we were seated, it seems like all we did is wait. We had to wait for our drinks, waited a long time for our food, and even waited for the check. I had to tell the hostess to get our waiter so we can get the hell out of there. By all means, if you don't want me to pay for my food, I'll gladly take a free meal. I think I had linguine w/ clams and my friend had lasagna which were both good but not worth all the waiting.
just ok. the food wasn t anything special. too expensive for what it had to offer.
Good bread!. Loved the ambiance once we got in. So crowded and the portions are a bit on the small side.
