The Scene – This large but homey shop goes the extra mile, with a smartly designed room-by-room layout that gives new life to lovely antiques. You may have to hunt around a bit to find the staff, but they'll happily (and knowledgeably) answer your questions or help you track down items of the period and type you seek. Don't overlook the second floor (the staircase is by the front door). – – The Goods – It isn't surprising that an antique shop located in affluent, old-money Pasadena would carry such a fine selection of merchandise. You can just imagine yourself curled…

When you first walk in there is a great sense of welcome and comfort. The staff is very accomidating, happy to anwer any questions and even offered me a complimentary refreshment. They simply said, "if we can help, we are here." and let me peacefully shop in a place that felt like an endless treasue box. When ever I needed anything, it was done immediately. They offered to document measurments of pieces I was interested in and even offered photographs, that were taken and printed for me to keep. I ended up buying many items, some of which needed to be waxed and/or altered. They were happy to fix any repair in house, which I found infinately convienient. As a designer incompitence is not an option. It is refresing to find a real collective filled with great stuff and who'll cater to you and your clients needs in a timely fashion. Great Collective!
- Pros: Amazing Antiques, Incredible Furniture, Unique Treasures, Great Staff
- Cons: Very Large Building I suggest you ask the staff to make you a coffee and get to work
a fun place, even to browse
