And they will go out of their way to help. This is the ONLY place that anyone should do Banking with.

best credit union!. I'm soooo happy i opened and checking and savings at ecentral a few years ago. I refinanced my home with them last year and it was a great experience. the tellers are so nice!

I'm a happy camper. A few years ago, when I found out my bank was "too big to fail" I decided to help our economy by shifting all of my business to a smaller "not too big to fail" credit union.

I checked with several family members, co-workers and friends and the credit union I kept getting to referred to was E-Central in Pasadena. I met with a representative from the credit union, she was very friendly and helpful. I decided to go with them and she helped me arrange the transfer of my accounts.

I've been with E-Central for several years now and have been very happy. In fact, I'm writing today because I was recently approved for a loan and was very impressed with their service and professionalism.

NOT VERY FRIENDLY. Yes, they do pick up the call everytime. But the three times I have dealt with them, they always appear to be in the middle of something and you are bothering them. On two ocassions, different associates, "sighed" because password reset did not take the first time. On one ocassion, because the associate did not ask enough questions to ascertain my situation on a loan, I decided not to move forward with it - she said" but I already spent 10 minutes with you!" OMG.....Products are great they just need to match great personnel with their products....

Best Credit Union!. Always great service. They actually pick up the phone! I always get to talk to a person. They don't have the number pressing game. I HATE that.

The rates are great and they are a full service financial institution.
