Superb Blow Out- ask for STEVE!. My hair is very thick, curly/frizzy and EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to blow dry. Even seasoned pro's in upscale salons in Studio City & Sherman Oaks have had a difficult time blow drying it straight and especially getting the frizz out. I went to Hair Perfect in Pasadena and when I signed in NONE of the women called me in. They had NO CLIENTS at the time, the place was empty. I guess they didn't even want to try my blow out. They called STEVE from the back and he glady took me, blow dried my hair perfectly and then used an "air brush" to style it. It looked really cute! I gave him an awesome tip because he took me in with a smile and did such a good job. So, I cannot speak for anyone but Steve....if he can blow out my hair to perfection, he can do anyone! I'd glady go there again, but will make an appt with only Steve.

Worst customer service and hair stylists. This is a horribly ran business with very rude, unprofessional employess and awful stylists. They did not keep my appointment time. They had me sign up on a walk-in list even though I had an appointment and took me 1 hour late. My up do looked awful for my friends wedding that I was in that day. I paid to just get out of there, I was so upset. I had to rewash my hair and have one of the other bridesmaids do my hair for me. I called 2 days later to tell them I was very dissatisfied and I wanted my money back and the employees would not listen to me. They yelled at me, lied to me and hung up on me. I tried to get a hold of a manager (that I still don't know if it is a man or a woman since I was told different things from everyone I talked to) and couldn't. They didn't know when he'd be in or told me he was on vacation, just giving me the run around. I am now trying to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I wish I never went there and would never recommend this place.

The Name says it all!. I have been going to the nice folks at Hair Perfect for several years now. Its nice to see familiar faces when I go in, unlike SuperCuts, where you don't know what you're getting into.

The place is clean and prices are reasonable.
