Cesare used to do hair for Playboy photo shoots!!. Helloooooo!! I knew I was in good hands once he told me that! I used to travel down to SD just to have my hair done but not anymore thanks to my new local hair god - Cesare! I have tons of hair and I color it so it's stressful having to even think about finding a new salon so I like you did some research. All his reviews were awesome so I made the call. He made me laugh from the minute he picked up his phone and said hello!! I am not the most engaging person but I swear after the first 15 minutes in his chair he knew my entire life story!! Takes a gift to be able to do that, trust me. He's not cheap so bring your Visa but if you value your dew as much as me - you won't be disappointed! Cesare is a wonderful man, very sweet, honest and smart. I left with his cell number because I plan on calling him not only my stylist but my friend.

Best Hair Cut & Color Ever. First of all Cesare is a great man and has a very good heart which i personally find to be rare out here in lala land... He is very trustworthy and honestly knows what looks best for each person's individual look. I've always been difficult to please when it comes to my hair but Cesare will not let you down. I love my hair cut and color and will continue to go back to him b/c he makes going to the salon extremely enjoyable, relaxing, plus I don't worry one second about my hair at all because i know it will turn out AMAZING every time.

I LOVE this man and what he did for my hair!. I thought extensions were just for the Real Housewives but I'm rocking them now too! I am getting married in a month. I have really fine short hair that is kind of a blunt bob. I wanted to glam it up a bit.

I am starting a new life, I have a new business, and I needed a shot of sophistication! After looking around online I came across Hair by Cesare. I read his reviews and was very impressed with the level of satisfaction of his clients.

I made an appointment for a free consultation. When we met I was instantly charmed. I was very impressed with his portfolio. He explained the process of attaching and styling Hairdreams extensions. He is a very kind person. There was a total lack of pretentiousness, and I didn't feel judged uncomfortable once, as I have in other salons like

(J Beverly Hills, Pasadena).

The whole experience was excellent and I am so happy I met Cesare. He really cares about his clients and gave me a discount plus just gave me some extra hair free because he happened to have my color in stock ( He has to custom order it from Europe so there is a short waiting period after the consultation). I guess I lucked out. Long story short, I think my new loner locks make new look and feel younger and sexier. I got them just for the wedding but I might keep going with it. No one can tell it is not my hair. This really could be life changing. My Go-To Stylist in L.A.. Cesare is a worldly individual, polite, and professional, and has a way of luring the desired hairstyle from me through conversation. Having worked in fashion in NYC and Chicago, and lived in Europe, my expectations for a great, stylish, playful (in an edgy kind of way) hairstyle is above average to say the least. Cesare gets it. He gave me a sexy edgy yet feminine hairstyle that I don't need to fuss over and will be able to work with as it grows out.

I sent my mom to him as well, excited to see her hair cleaned up and he did just that, kept it age-appropriate but modern and stylish.

I know that I can rely on him to listen to what I want and deliver a head-turning product that works in my hometown of Pasadena but would look equally as good internationally. Cesare is good stuff I highly recommend him.

The Confidence Magician!. I used to have very long hair, but after years of straightening and coloring my hair became thinner, shorter, and severely damaged. After reading various reviews, i came to Cesare expecting the best hair extensions and experience. Cesare did not disappoint!

Cesare used the Lasberbeam method to secure long, shiny, and beautiful extensions. Although i was skeptical to highlight my naturally colored hair so the extensions would blend better, Casare's highlighting technique was magical, subtle, and completely worth it.

Not only is Cesare extremely friendly and personable, he is also very knowledgeable about the products he uses on the client, and the aftercare. He made me feel comfortable and secure throughout the entire experience. It was a pleasure to go to someone who has a passion for what they do, and is happy to fulfill their clients desires.

Seeing is believing.... Cesare brings the caring attitude of a nurse, the expertise of a doctor, a renaissance sense of style and a certain wizardry to his profession. His great sense of humor coupled with his worldly sensitivity make it altogether a very pleasant experience for his client. Not to mention the result, shiny, fuller, longer hair. While he twists and twirls and fluffs and shapes your hair, he really works your aura and your self esteem, and he really makes you look good. Cesare is always on his toes with the newest cutting edge developments in his field, With his holistic approach he only uses nontoxic and environmentally friendly products, and I feel really safe around him.

Hairdreams Professional Found - FINALLY. My 21 year od daughter has been using Hairdreams Extensions for FOUR YEARS. We recently moved from Miami to SoCal and I called Hairdreams for their recommendation for a stylist with their beautiful European Hair. My daughter has had such bad experiences, extensions that fall out in three weeks, tangle and look really bad. But Cesare is a true professional with more than 15 years with Hairdreams-He worked magic on my daughters hair with the laserbeam installation, which went very quickly and blended to her hair as if it truly is her own. After four years we finally found him! Both of us have done the Brazilian Blow-out with Cesare, and just in time for the wet weather - and absolutely no frizz! Just beautiful hair - and feeling gorgeous, even four weeks later!!! Thankyou Cesare!

The Hair Expert. I have been going to Cesare for almost a year now and finally was able to experience the Brazillan Blowout! What an awesome transformation! Cesare has done wonders for my hair's health and manageability and this just made it perfect! He is so knowledgeable and offers all his time to make sure you're satisfied. Hair Help fromTthe Best. Wow. I have been a client of Cesare safieh for over 15 years. He has kept me well groomed and answered all my hair and style problems as they occurred. He got the color to be just right, the most becoming possible style and after every appointment I felt ten yearsyonger than when I walked in the door.

Most recently I had been concerned about my hair thinning in the crown area. He set me up with Bosley hair care products and my hair no longer looks like there are gaping spaces between the follicles.

Also of great value to me is that he is so skilled that he can work his magic on my lunch hour ( and I add a break to it as well).

To sum it up Cesar provides superb skills in a convenient and efficient manner. He is totally up on all the latest hair products and technology, even techniques that I personally don't use. He is constantly keeping his skills updated and as a client of his, I am the beneficiary.

LA's Best Hair Salon!. Cesare is a genius!

I got the Brazilian blowout because my hair was so damaged--the treatment is the best thing on the market and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

My hair is now soft, silky and shiny...truly unbelievable. Cesare is very personable and really cares about giving his clients the most stylish haircuts out there.
