My 2001 325i BMW broke down in Pasadena as I was driving to UCLA. I checked with the Bureau of Automotive Repair first, and chose Plati German Car Service because of its excellent rating. The pricing was better than the dealer’s, and I received straightforward answers from the owner, Nick Plati. I was offered a courtesy ride to and from school.
