STAY AWAY...STAY VERY FAR AWAY. i called looking for quotes on a vinyl, low emissions, 12 x 14, double glass.

i spoke w/ Jay. Jay quoted me $30 + tax. i said great.

i showed up to their shop, told them i spoke w/ Jay, they knew who i was referring to, gave them the window in question, they examined it and said OK, give them two (2) days & they will call me when it was ready.

by the time i returned home, i had a message from the very establishment i just left my vinyl window w/. i called back and was floored by what he said.

he said the price is now $50 (an extra $20 more) i said i thought the quote was honored, he said not anymore. he asked if i was gonna pay the extra $20 increase, i said NO, i'll be right there to pick up my window.

i immediately went back, picked up my window, went a few blocks down to HARRY'S GLASS SHOP and was greeted by Robert. i told Robert my horrible experience w/ the liars down the street..Robert did not hesitate to offer me the very same price b/c he said he wanted by business.

i left my window w/ Robert @ HARRY'S GLASS SHOP, two (2) days later it was done perfectly as he had described. Robert is one classy guy. anytime a business works w/ me, i will work w/ them.

i am writing this review to caution any potential patrons against doing business w/ this establishment (i will not utter their name w/o a deep sense of having been wronged by their shady business tactics to extract more than equal pay for equal work) please BEWARE.

A real 'find' in Pasadena. The Glass House is not only a unique shop in Pasadena, (it has, or can get, any glass or mirror you need) but the service is exceptional. Martin will come to your house, if

necessary, and repair things you cannot take to them, with a smile and a friendly manner.

I highly recommend The Glass House!
