Great Breakfast
by globot
Ate here with my kids last Saturday. Wish we had a few more of these back in Chicago. Great pancakes, French bread, hash browns and eggs. Service quick and friendly and an overall great coffee shop. Better coffee would make it even better.
- Pros: Great quality food and service
- Cons: Coffee a little weak
Great Diner! Better than Johnny Rockets!!! Love the food and Love the Low Prices even More

My kids and I have eaten here for years. They really love sitting at the HorseShoe Counter. It makes them feel like little Big Shots.
Andy's has a great atmosphere and Victor, the new owner, is really trying to make my favorite Coffee Shop back into what it used to be... One of Pasadena's Last real Diners! He's added 50's DooWop and lots of old music that he says is true to the era and he really knows his music. It's alot of fun to try to stump him on the music he plays.
Erica, Dinora, and Maria are the nicest waitresses anywhere. They're really attentive, they try real hard, and they're even teaching me spanish!
My kids Just Love everyone at Andy's not to mention the food. This is one of the only places they actually finish their food.
I wish more people knew about Andy's. It's my favorite Fifty Something year old Secret.

- Pros: Very Cheap Prices, always has plenty of parking, and Most of All
- Cons: They could use a couple of bigger booths, Not opened for Dinner yet.
Great Old Fashioned Diner/Coffee Shop!

I love this place. Cheap Prices, great homestyle cooking, and super friendly staff.
The new owner Victor (1 year now) tries to meet and get to know all of his customers.
Dinorah the manager has been serving for 11 or 12 years and knows everybody!!! Erica has always got a beautiful smile for everyone. The guys in the kitchen even come out once in a while to give that personal service.
This place is great! It's not retro, it's been serving since the early 50's and it feels like you've stepped in a time machine when you walk in. They've even got pictures of customers that have been eating here since the 1950's who still come in quite regularly.
I love their STEAK and Eggs with those killer hash browns. Victor (although he also answers to Andy) has now got the place opened 7 days a week with Great atmosphere, Great Music, and I love their handmade Chocolate Malts (Okay, I'm hungry again), Oh, and they serve breakfast all day.
Check them out for yourself. Get something to eat at ANDY'S!
Morty
- Pros: Open 7 Days, Very Personal Service, Much Less expensive than Pie and Burger!
- Cons: Not Opened 24 Hours, can get a little slow when very crowded.
