I visited Orpheum Salon for the second time last week and LOVE my hair. Everyone at the salon is so friendly and helpful. My experience with Allison was wonderful, she gave me the exact haircut I wanted. I have really fine hair and razor cuts make it look unhealthy, she knew to use shears, I didn't even have to request it. This is absolutely my favorite Aveda Salon.
Pros: Convenient location, Easy to get an appointment

I went to have my haircut by the owner, Gary and now my bangs in some places are 1/2 inch long ! I can't do anything with them. I had shoulder length hair and was growing out my bangs..now my hair is below my ear. He doesn't listen, he didn't ask, if I wanted shorter hair, he just went scissor happy. Never again ! I hate it went sytlists don't listen to their clients, and instead do what they want !
Pros: it's a small salon and not chaotic
Cons: the owner didn't listen or ask, he just cut !
