Worst Place to Have Your Loved One. Do not apply here. They are two faced. Remember Hansel and Gretel -- the facade is lovely, the candy entices. Get in and there are 3 witches: Denise, Barbara and Victoria. They don't care about residents -- only care about what they can charge. Even if medication management is not needed they'll make sure they can charge. Then they DON'T follow through w/medication management. When they need supplies/medication -- they'll take it from other residents. They think all residents' cognition is impaired! WITCHES with a "B."

Don't send a loved one here- they gossip about everyone. I would not recommend Chancellor Place to anyone. They lie from the start and do not comprehend the definition of "professionalism." They place is run down and going broke. But most importantly, they don't care about your loved one. Denise, the Administrator, allows Victoria, the CNA to disobey doctor orders. Doctors prescribe meds for the patient and Victoria decides if it gets filled or not and Denise and Corporate allow it. This has been brought to Corporate's attention a time or two and still goes on. Victoria also pushes religious beliefs on others and breaks every HIPPA rule out there. Denise talks poorly about other patients in front of other patients and family members. Even our pets deserve better than this place.
