Horrible Customer Service. The store employees act as if they are doing you a serious favor by taking your money at this store. Pissy attitudes, lost video's mysteriously showing up on their shelves..... (not even a sorry we charged you for that) you name it everything wrong with this store.... they've got it. Do yourself a favor and rent online.

Not enough choices. My husband and I decided to check out the Blockbuster for some movie and game rentals, since the Hollywood Video locations nearest our house have been closed down. The selection of movies and games is very limited (the selections were mostly just mainstream movies) and the way they are arranged does not make sense. It is difficult to find a movie because they have the new releases set apart from the older movies- the only problem is that there is no set time frame for what constitutes a new release. Most of the movies I was looking for were either in the new releases (although they have been out on DVD for some time now) or were not availablle. The few times we've been here the store is far too crowded and noisy, making it difficult to browse comfortably.

I'd definately try to avoid renting from here, unless you have no option because all the smaller movie rental shops are disappearing.
